iSports Sonic pre workout formula is certainly intense i’ll give you that.
The tropical flavour is certainly an acquired taste and a very distinct purple colour, but don’t let that put you off as this pre-workout packs an absolute wallop of a punch!
While it doesn’t give off the ‘buzz’ of other pre-workout formula’s, iSports Sonic delivers intense focus, prolonged increases in energy and masses of pump.
One thing I would advise though, is to be careful when eating post workout.
iSports Sonic pre workout formula is completely kick-ass! There isn’t much to compete with this that I have tried and i’ve tried a few to give me the most intense buzz and hardcore workout.

Pro Elite BCAA’s do exactly what is say’s on the tin.
I swear by these little gems. There is no way I would have retained my starting muscle throughout my P90X/Insanity Hybrid without these.
Aiding in the body’s ability to build muscle and reduce muscle damage is where Pro Elite BCAA’s really shine. Taking them before and immediately after an intense workout will have a beneficial effect on decreasing muscle damage and will also boost muscle-protein synthesis.
Pro Elite claim that their BCAA’s will Increase protein synthesis in muscles, decrease fatigue levels, increase strength, reduce muscle cramps and help decrease fat levels in the body.
I can certainly testify and credit Pro Elite BCAA’s with all of the above.
Whilst taking these as part of my daily training routine I’ve managed to maintain my body weight, yet increase muscle mass, increase my strength for prolonged periods of time and drop my body fat level down by roughly 2% over a period of 6 weeks. Now i’m not saying my progress is solely down to the BCAA’s but they have certainly helped.
As a representative of Peak Physique, I would HIGHLY recommend that anyone who is serious about maintaining muscle strength and pump take these as part of their training regime because for the little money they cost they are worth their weight in gold & muscle!

Firstly, I was introduced to this product as an upsell to another product, Muscle eXtreme, which was touted as the secret to the stars during the training for the famous Spartan film, 300.
Now, the website ticked all the right boxes, and did a great job in selling the product(s) to me. Both products have independent websites, but when you place an order for just one, a representative of the company will call you shortly after to clarify a few details and offer to upsell the other product to you for a the great trial price of 4.95… GREAT! However, don’t get caught out like I did.
I CAN’T STRESS THIS ENOUGH… READ THE TERMS & CONDITIONS FULLY.
Why? Because, on placing your order for the trial, you are subscribing to what turns out to be a VERY expensive product.
I’m not going to provide details of costs and other terms, you can find that out below.
The product itself though with all that in mind, isn’t actually that bad.
It’s not a product I would take on it’s own as a supplement to get me through my training routines, but it does provide enough to get me halfway through my intense sets and on less intense days it’s absolutely fine.
The one thing I did notice was that the Ultra Force Might did make my ears burn, i’m not sure why, but it’s happened each time i’ve taken that product on it’s own. The burning sensation lowers when training, but while waiting for the supplement to kick in only my ears seems to take the brunt of the L-Arginine.
Combined, Ultra Force Might and Muscle eXtreme and fairly decent products, but for me, on the more expensive side for just decent products.
They do seem to work better when coupled with another pre-workout formula though, which may be scary for some, as you just don’t know what’s going to happen, but for me… that’s how i’ll be using the remainder of my supply.
I hope that’s helped if you are deciding to purchase Ultra Force Might of Muscle eXtreme.

Looking for a pre-workout formula to end all pre-workout formula’s?
Then hold on to your hats and socks because they are about to be blown clean OFF!
Make no mistake, this is HANDS DOWN, THE MOST EXPLOSIVE pre-workout formula we’ve tested.
This is not for everybody. It was so effective, so quickly that I had to double check i’d made the drink correctly with enough water. I mean, we are talking 5 minutes or less before this started to make me tingle. Within 5-10 minutes I was raring to go! There was no stopping me! I had to do a full Beachbody Insanity Max Plyometric circuit (55+ minutes) plus a P90X Chest, Bi’s & Tri’s routine before this started to wear off.
In the little breaks you get on the Insanity routine, I could feel the formula almost rally against my resting body, urging me to push harder to burn it off – this was/is EXACTLY what I’m after from a pre-workout formula.
I’d not planned on doing 2 hours worth of training that evening, so please be aware that Sci-MX Nutrition really have nailed this one and this is definitely not for anyone who is sensitive to pre-workout formula’s.
Each 20g serving contains Dextrose Monohydrate, Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate, Citrulline Malate, Beta-Alanine, L-lysine, L-taurine, L-glutamine, L-tyrosine, Siberian Ginseng and Guarana.
It should also be noted that I used the top end of the recommended amount of water of 300ml when testing this product and it was still super powerful.
If you’ve tried a few other pre workout formula’s and they’ve failed to deliver, try Sci-Mx X-Plode + Hardcore, we guarantee it will KNOCK YOUR SOCKS OFF!
